When you are pregnant it is only natural to worry about all kind of things. Every mother wants her child to be normal and healthy and this is the main reason why all pregnant women worry so much. However, there are some things that you should not worry during pregnancy. Here are the main things that you should not worry about during pregnancy:
- do not worry that morning sickness during pregnancy can affect your fetus in any way; this is impossible; a woman' s body is created in such a manner that he is equipped to deal with a lot of problems during pregnancy and still protect the fetus; however, if the problems that you are experiencing are more serious, like diabetes, then you should visit a doctor more often;
- your baby will not be hurt while you are having sex during pregnancy; as long as you have a pregnancy free of risk you should not worry that your child is going to be hurt when you are having sex because this is not possible; however, if you experience vaginal bleeding during pregnancy or have a preterm delivery history, the sexual encounters must be limited;
- do not worry that you will harm your child if you take some acetaminophen; it is true that during pregnancy some drugs are off limits, but you do not have to torture yourself all the time, because there are drugs that can be taken during pregnancy without the risk of harming the fetus in any way;
- you can fly during pregnancy so you do not have to worry about this aspect; however, make sure that you visit your doctor before flying and take a note from him/ her stating that you are able to fly; furthermore, when flying try to move your legs a lot to prevent any blood clots from forming; besides these two aspects, you can fly anywhere you like during pregnancy with no risk at all or harming the fetus;
- computers are essential today; do not worry that if using a computer during pregnancy your child might be affected; this is not true; studies have shown that there is no link whatsoever between the development of your baby and the use of a personal computer;
- do not worry if your baby has irregular movements during pregnancy; this is quite normal; all you have to do is stay still for a while if you feel your baby moving more in a shorter period of time;
